The Academy of St Martin in the Fields is one of the world’s leading chamber orchestras and receives acclaim from audiences and critics around the globe. Known for its superlative performances and award-winning recordings, the Academy maintains a high-profile international concert schedule and its work as a conductor-less ensemble remains its hallmark.

The Academy enjoys a close relationship with its Founder and Life President, Sir Neville Marriner. It has also cultivated very fruitful partnerships with internationally celebrated artists such as pianist Murray Perahia (Principal Guest Conductor) and violinists Joshua Bell, Julia Fisher, Julian Rachlin and Anthony Marwood.

The Academy of St Martin in the Fields is looking to recruit a Head of Development and Marketing and an Assistant Concerts Manager to join its management team. This is an exciting time to join the Academy, following the completion of a high level strategic review, the appointment of a new artistic committee and the articulation of ambitious artistic plans. Both roles offer an opportunity to participate in the evolution of an orchestra with an outstandingly successful history to an equally illustrious future.
