The Academy of St Martin in the Fields returns to New York with a programme built around one of America’s most compelling voices. Pianist, composer and ASMF Spotlight Artist Conrad Tao, a New Yorker performing in his home city, joins the Academy of St Martin in the Fields for an evening that puts American music at its centre, from Crawford Seeger to Copland, with a world premiere at its heart.

We are proud to offer 500 tickets to ASMF & Conrad Tao at Jazz at Lincoln Centre on 3 March 2027 for just $5, ensuring that price is never a barrier to an extraordinary evening of music.
These tickets are available to attendees under 40 and to members of local community organisations serving New York City. To receive your access code, register below, and we will send it to you straight away.
Through this programme, we aim to widen access to live performance, build lasting relationships with communities that have historically been excluded from cultural participation, and celebrate the communities who have championed our work in New York City.

Please note that $5 seats may not be reserved in the same order as full price seats. If you wish to attend with someone who is not eligable for $5 tickets please contact marketing@asmf.org.
This initiative is delivered in partnership with community and charitable organisations across New York City. Subsidised tickets are available to young people and under-40s, students, local residents from under-served communities, individuals and families on low incomes, recipients of government support programmes, residents of social or public housing, current and former members of the armed forces, and people connected through nonprofit organisations serving historically marginalised communities.
Proof of eligibility may be requested. We will keep any verification process simple and welcoming and recognise that some individuals may face barriers to providing formal documentation.
Tickets are valid for this performance only and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or used for fundraising or auction purposes. All attendees must hold a ticket regardless of age.
We reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund to any orders that we deem ineligible for this scheme.
