Our brand-new Meet the Musicians series offers our supporters a chance to gain insights directly from the orchestra’s musicians, in conversation with our Director of Concerts Alison Tedbury.
For our first event in the series we invite you to enjoy an evening in the company of James Burke, our outstanding Principal Clarinettist, just after his return from our Mexico tour, in which he stars as soloist in Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto.
Hear stories from James’ years of performing with the orchestra and the Academy Chamber Ensemble and learn about his work inspiring the next generation of musicians as part of our Learning and Participation projects.
The evening will also include a drinks reception and performances from our featured musician, in the wonderful surroundings of the historic Brunswick House, described as “London’s best-kept secret”.
