The remarkable piano duo brothers Arthur and Lucas Jussen will join forces once again with Academy of St Martin in the Fields lead by our Director Tomo Keller (violin) for a tour across Europe, with a stunning programme including Mozart’s beautiful and playful Piano Concerto for three pianos in F major, Bach’s sprightly Double Keyboard Concerto No. 1 in C minor.
In 2015 ASMF first worked with the Jussen Brothers on their first orchestral recording under Sir Neville Marriner, an album of Mozart’s Double Piano Concertos. The piano duo and ASMF have enjoyed a special performance relationship with each other ever since, the joy palpable in every performance.

Due to illness, Khatia Buniatishvili regrettably has to cancel her performance with the Academy of St Martin in the Fields at the Elbphilharmonie on 11 May 2026, Lucas and Arthur Jussen will now be performing with ASMF at the Elbphilharmonie on 11 May 2026.
