On Thursday 7 November Sinfonia Smith Square members are offered a day of further professional development. Jo Hensel, ASMF sub-principal horn, leads a session on performance psychology and audition coaching, and Sarah Newbold, ASMF sub-principal flute, introduces body mapping.
